Can you spot the Chinglish mistakes?
A lot of my students make the same grammar mistakes again and again - sometimes even though they know the right answer! Why? It's a matter of habit. The passages below are in Chinglish - they're full of exactly the kind of mistakes Chinese learners make repeatedly, out of (bad) habit.
In the first passage, the vocabulary is easier, while in the second the vocabulary is more difficult. Chinglish mistakes are pretty much the same in both passages.

Part 1 - The Marriage proposal (Easier vocabulary)
“Ken,” said the girl, “I would like to marrying you, with all my heart.”
“I am not believe you have a heart,” reply the boy.
“Well, but, Ken, try understand me; you’ve got no money.”
“I’ve got many money! I've got twenty thousand pound. I happy to share to you.”
“You want to going to another country and take me with you, as your wife - with a little bit of money and no plan.”
“We could doing something with the money there. We could go somewhere far away, Cassie.”
“No, Ken, if I get marry, I will do it my way. I will live in a big houses with many helper and a garden. I'll go to expensive restaurant and buy expensive clothes and handbag.”
